Our service is intended for entertainment, personal expression, and branding purposes. We strive to maintain high service quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

User Rights and Permissions

Name Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms:

• You may use the styled names generated through our platform in any legitimate context, including gaming profiles, social media, business branding, and personal projects.
• You retain ownership of the names you input into our generator and the resulting styled names.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated names complies with applicable laws and platform-specific rules.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our service for any illegal purposes or in any manner that violates these terms:

• Generating names for fraudulent activities, harassment, impersonation, or any other malicious purposes
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or harm the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of our platform
• Using automated systems or bots to access our service without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations through your use of our service

Intellectual Property

All content on the Name Design website, including but not limited to our name styling algorithms, user interface, design elements, logos, and written content, is the intellectual property of Name Design or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written permission. The styled names you create belong to you, but the means of creating them through our platform remains our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that our platform will be available error-free at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. StyleGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Name Design and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services in violation of these terms. This includes any third-party claims related to your use of names generated through our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
